This was a request from my cousin, to draw Justin Bieber.   This picture took 40 minutes in total to draw.     In the beginning I am showing all the tool I used to make this picture:   Reference: this picture is taken from his album cover ( I tried to do as much as I can , in a short amount of time).     The background music (instrumental) “One time” ( I do not own the music)   Thanks to : harp95red -recording the video

This is just a basic drawing of Justin Bieber that I use for most of my cartoons [not all]. You’ve seen a few of my drawings so now you’re going to see how I draw it.   Please note, I’m not drawing a cartoon to show you how to draw cartoons, I’m just drawing for the fun of it.   Unfortunately, due to time, I was unable to draw his body.
