Lida Rose from the Music Man, a musical with book, music, and lyrics written in 1957 by Meredith Willson. Lyrics : Lida Rose, I’m home again, Rose To get the sun back in the sky. Lida Rose, I’m home again, Rose About a thousand kisses shy. Ding dong ding I can hear the chapel bells chime. Ding dong ding At the least suggestion I’ll pop the question. Lida Rose, I’m home again, Rose Without a sweetheart to my name. Lida Rose, how everyone knows That I am hoping you’re the same So here is my love song, not fancy or fine Lida Rose, oh won’t you be mine Lida Rose, oh Lida Rose oh Lida Rose.

Hi! I’m Julien Neel. This is the famous barbershop quartet song “Baby on Board” from the Simpsons episode “Homer’s barbershop quartet”, sung as a one-man a cappella multitrack. Lyrics : Baby on board How I’ve adored That sign on my car’s windowpane. Bounce in my step, Loaded with pep, ‘Cause I’m driving in the carpool lane. Call me a square, Friend I don’t care, That little yellow sign can’t be ignored. I’m telling you it’s mighty nice. Each trip’s a trip to paradise With my baby on board. trudbol

Everybody Wants To Be A Cat
- [YouTube] Everybody Wants To Be A Cat a cappella one man multitrack Disney Aristocats theme song trudbol
WATCH IN HD: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e0tfb1UC6xM&fmt=22 “Everybody Wants To Be A Cat”, the well-known jazzy theme song from Walt Disney’s “Aristocats”, sung as a one man a cappella multitrack! “The Aristocats” is a classic animated feature produced and released by Walt Disney Productions in 1970. The twentieth animated feature in the Walt Disney Animated Classics series, the film is based on a story by Tom McGowan and Tom Rowe, and revolves around a family of aristocratic cats, and how an alley cat acquaintance helps them, after a butler has kidnapped them to gain his mistress’ fortune which was meant to go to them. The crafty stray cat Thomas O’Malley takes the family under his wing back to Paris, and has them meet his jazz friends. In the original movie, this song was sung by Scatman Crothers as Scat Cat, Phil Harris as Thomas O’Malley Cat, and Thurl Ravenscroft as Billy Boss the Russian Cat. It was also released as a now rare 45 rpm single, in a version sung only by Phil Harris, which lacked the cartoon voices of the common release. The soundtrack CD released in 1996 contains an edited version of the song. LYRICS: Everybody wants to be a cat, Because a cat’s the only cat Who knows where it’s at. Everybody’s pickin’ up on that feline beat, Cause everything else is obsolete. A square with a horn, Makes you wish you weren’t born, Everytime he plays. And with a square in the act, You can set music back To the caveman days. I’ve heard some corny birds who tried to sing, But still a cat’s the only cat Who knows how to swing. Who wants to dig A long-haired gig And stuff like that? When everybody wants to be a cat. A square with a horn, Makes you wish you weren’t born, Everytime he plays; But with a square in the act, You can set music back To the caveman days. Everybody wants to be a cat, Because a cat’s the only cat Who knows where it’s at. When playin’ jazz you always has a Welcome mat. Cause everybody digs a swingin’ cat! CREDITS: Arranged for 4 voices by Thierry Cerisier (2002) Performed and recorded by Julien Neel (trudbol)
