まぶたの動き、肩の上がり下がりなど人間の容姿・動きを細部まで再現した人間型ロボット「Geminoid（ジェミノイド）」の最新型「Geminoid-DK」の動画をご紹介。

大阪大学教授で知能情報学専門の石黒 浩（いしぐろ ひろし）さんが開発を手がけ、ロボットのモデルはデンマーク／オールボルグ大学のヘンリク・シャルフ准教授とのこと。

This is from the first test of the Geminoid. The first hint of a smile triggers immediate response. The people laughing in the background are the designers, who at this point have worked on the robot for months, and here see it operated for the first time.

下の動画は左から順に「ジェミノイド F」とその匿名モデルさん、「ジェミノイド HI-1」と石黒先生、「ジェミノイド DK」とシャルフ先生。女性型アンドロイドである「ジェミノイド F」では海外受けを狙ってロシア人クォーターを選んだとのこと。

「ジェミノイド HI-1」は「H-1」や「HL-1」と書かれてるところもありましたが、多分、Hiroshi IshiguroのイニシャルをとってHIなんじゃないかと思います。「F」はFemaleで、「DK」はデンマークでしょうか。
